Mechanical pre-filterThe water is mechanically purified in a filter with a density of 5 µm.
Membrane cleaningWater is recirculated through the membranes, where ions and all dissolved substances are removed.

Hydrophore and softenerAfter the membranes, the water is collected in a hydrophore and passes through a water softener before entering consumption.
The Unifog Osmosis water filter purifies the water in the humidification system in multiple stages to ensure flawless system operation and a long service life.
Purification process
- Mechanical pre-filter — the water is purified in a filter with a density of 5 µm
- Membrane purification — the water is then recirculated through membranes with a permeability of 0.0001 mm, where ions and all dissolved substances are separated out
- High-pressure pump — the pressure in the pump is typically 14–15 bar
- Hydrophore and water softener — after the membranes, the water is collected in a hydrophore, and after passing through the water softener, the water goes into use
Water going into use
When going into use, the water pressure is 2–5 bar. It should also be taken into account that after water purification, 40% of the water goes into use and 60% into the sewage system.
