LEGUAN factory ventilation
Elister calculated and installed heat-recovery fresh air ventilation for the production hall, which the previous welding solution with filter towers did not include. The work covered design, measurements, as well as a turnkey solution.

The project challenge
In the client's welding hall, the greatest concern was the lack of fresh air, while development plans envisaged the creation of additional workstations. The existing solution consisted of welding filter towers, but a fresh air system was entirely absent. Our task was to build it out within a time window when the company was on summer holiday.
How we built it
We prepared a proposal for both welding ventilation and the construction of fresh air ventilation, focusing on the greatest shortfall, namely fresh air. The work involved design, measurements, and a turnkey solution.
We installed a CIC water-heated ventilation unit with plate heat recovery, with a capacity of 10,000 m³/h We created the automation ourselves, along with additional functions We directed the fresh air precisely to the area where people actually perform their work
What we achieved
Fresh air ventilation with a capacity of 10,000 m³/h, which the previous solution did not include A unit with plate heat recovery that reduces heat loss Automation with additional functions, tailored to the client's needs Fresh air directed straight into the work areas where people work Work carried out during the summer holiday, without disrupting production Readiness for the creation of additional workstations in line with development plans

Extraction and filtration solution for metalworking benches serving 8 workstations
We designed and installed an extraction and filtration solution for a metalworking shop where 8 machine tools generated haze and emulsion in the air. Each machine was fitted with an OUF centrifugal oil separator and a shared GRAM CLEAN AIR filter FL 104, which returns the cleaned air back into production. The system starts based on the machine tools' signal and ensures cleaner room air and healthier working conditions.
Factory Welding and General Ventilation Upgrade
We upgraded the welding and general ventilation at the factory of Metagrupp, a manufacturer of welded aluminium products, and built a custom-designed separate system for the cooling units of the lasers. In the enclosed welding booths, we utilised the existing ductwork and added a GRAM filter unit, while the general ventilation was addressed with a CIC unit. The result is fresh air reaching the workers, normal air circulation and an energy-efficient solution that is ready for process automation and integration with other machines.
Cooling Tunnels – Automated Component Cooling for the Stator Production Line
At AS Konesko's new Türi-Alliku factory, we built two dedicated cooling tunnels that cool the stator components exiting the heating furnace to the desired temperature within a maximum of one hour. The tunnels' forced-cooling fans are connected to the control automation via frequency converters, which measure the component's surface temperature and continuously adjust the operating speed of the blowers using an algorithm. The solution accounts for varying component mass and fluctuating ambient temperature, ensuring a faster and more stable production process.
