UNIFOG humidification system for Birger OÜ container manufacturing
At Birger OÜ's production facilities, the air humidity had dropped below 20%, which slowed down paint drying and hampered production efficiency. We installed a single-zone UNIFOG humidification system together with a remote control and water softening system. The solution is simple, cost-effective and reliable, ensuring stable air humidity and low maintenance costs.
Project challenge
In the production facilities, air humidity dropped below 20%, which significantly affected the drying speed of paint and thereby the overall efficiency of production. The client wanted a system that was as simple and cost-effective as possible, yet reliable. To find a solution, our team carried out thorough calculations.
How we built it
To achieve the objective, we installed a UNIFOG humidification system in the production facilities. Taking into account air movement and air volumes, we developed an efficient single-zone solution designed specifically for industrial conditions. We supplemented the system with a water softening system to ensure high-quality water, as well as a remote control capability that allows the client to monitor the actual situation in production and make changes when needed.
