Conveyor lifting sections
As a custom solution, lifting sections from the Swedish manufacturer Hjort-Conveyor were installed on the existing overhead conveyor system, integrated with the conveyor system and adapted in accordance with the requirements of the production process. The solution enables the lifting of parts simultaneously from two rails at once, whereas conventionally lifting is performed via a single rail. As a result, the lifting and removal of parts no longer depends on the use of a forklift, which made the handling of parts more efficient and safer and enables more flexible production organisation.

The project challenge
The client had no way to handle parts automatically on the overhead conveyor, which meant a forklift had to be used for lifting and unloading. Such a solution tied production to the availability of an additional piece of equipment and to manual labour, creating bottlenecks in terms of both efficiency and occupational safety. A solution was needed that would allow parts to be lifted and removed safely and smoothly, without a forklift.
How we built it
On the existing overhead conveyor system, we installed lifting sections from the Swedish manufacturer Hjort-Conveyor as a custom solution. The conventional approach uses lifting via a single rail, but the project requirements demanded greater flexibility — therefore we adapted the solution so that parts can be lifted simultaneously from two rails at once.
- Custom solution of Hjort-Conveyor lifting sections, integrated with the existing conveyor system
- Lifting simultaneously from two rails at once instead of a single rail
- Adaptation of the lifting sections to the requirements of the production process
What we achieved
- Lifting and removal of parts without a forklift
- Safer material handling in the production environment
- A more flexible and efficient production process thanks to smoother movement of parts
- Reduced dependence on manual labour and additional equipment
- A custom solution that covers more complex lifting needs and integrates with the existing system

Ventilation solution for a metal finishing room for a 70 m paint room
We designed a new painting area ventilation system for a metal structures manufacturing company in Harju County, in a 70 m long paint room. We installed 9 exhaust walls with filters across three work sections, along with a spark-proof fan with an air exchange rate of 15,000 m³/h. The operator can control all three sections independently using control automation based on pneumatic dampers.
New paint booth and energy-efficient drying room for the metal industry
We designed and built a completely new paint room ventilation solution for a metal industry client and upgraded the existing drying room. We used CIC Ex equipment and Konwektor fans suitable for explosive environments, and replaced the ventilation unit with a plate heat exchanger solution that improves heat recovery and reduces energy consumption. We added solvent sensors, compressed air meters, heat meters, and new automation with remote management capability. The result is a reliable, modern, and energy-efficient system that meets all applicable safety and working condition requirements.
Liquid Coating Line for the New Factory in Saue
We designed a complete liquid painting line for the new production building of the machine-building company Sami AS. The solution included two paint booths with water-heated heat exchangers, providing air exchange of 10,000 m³/h per booth, a washing booth with a Husqvarna pressure washer, and a motorized monorail conveyor with a load capacity of 16,000 kg. The line was complemented by control automation with solvent sensors, a 2K electronic mixing dosing unit, and two GRACO electrostatic spray guns.
