MAKOR deck oven replacement on the production line
We replaced the old floor oven on the JeldWen Eesti AS production line with a new MAKOR floor oven. The work was carried out during the company's Christmas holiday period, operating 24 hours in two shifts, and was completed in approximately ten days in total. In addition, we installed the gas line for the cooling section and constructed the heating and water units, handing over the oven in full operational readiness.

Project challenge
The installation timeframes were exceptionally short, as all the work had to fit within the company's Christmas holidays. This meant dismantling the old oven and bringing the new oven into operational readiness within a very limited timeframe, without disrupting production.
How we built the solution
Prior to installation, we visited the manufacturer's plant to inspect the new MAKOR line and ensure the oven was immediately operational. We then dismantled the old deck oven, moved it out of production, and installed and tested the new MAKOR deck oven. Finally, we built out all the necessary assemblies.
- Dismantling the old deck oven and moving it out of production
- Assembly and testing of the new MAKOR deck oven
- Gas line work for the cooling section
- Construction of heating assemblies
- Construction of water and cooling assemblies
Result
The work was carried out in two 24 h shifts and completed in approximately ten days in total. The new MAKOR deck oven was handed over to the client in full operational readiness, in accordance with the agreement and within the agreed timeframe.

Compressor heat recovery in industry – energy savings of up to 800 kWh per day
At an industrial enterprise, we installed a heat recovery system on two compressors (55 kW and 37 kW) that directs the resulting waste heat to heating production processes. The solution was integrated into the existing heating system and significantly reduced the boiler's operating load. The result was energy savings of approximately 800 kWh per day and improved overall system energy efficiency.
Factory Vacuum Compensation with Ventilation Unit
We installed a water-heated ventilation unit together with control automation and a water node at the factory of window manufacturer Viljandi Aken ja Uks to compensate for the air extracted by various equipment. The system ensures air exchange at a volume of 20 000 m³/h, filters the supply air with filtration grade M5, and heats the air to a level suitable for the indoor climate.
Sawmill return conveyor with pusher mechanism for the woodworking industry
At an Estonian sawmill, we replaced hazardous and physically demanding manual labour, where the operator had to carry edged log offcuts several metres by hand to the adjacent conveyor. We designed, manufactured and installed an operator-controlled roller conveyor with pneumatic pushers that automatically direct the offcuts onto the existing conveyor. In addition, we upgraded the equipment's safety circuits, making the work process safe and convenient.
