Viljandi Aken ja Uks: CNC line installation and dust extraction system construction
We built and installed a CNC line together with an aspiration system installation in the Viljandi Aken ja Uks production facility. The line was first manufactured and tested at the Essepigi factory in Italy, after which we installed the same system in Estonia. We got the system operational before the arrival of the factory representatives, who completed the fine-tuning.

Project challenge
Putting the new CNC line into operation required both the assembly and installation of the machine, as well as a functioning aspiration system for chip and dust extraction. The line had to be tested at the factory before being brought to Estonia and then set up reliably on site.
How we built the solution
The line was first assembled and tested at the Essepigi factory in Italy. After successful testing, we installed the same line in Estonia, at the Viljandi Aken ja Uks production facility, building the necessary aspiration system in addition.

Result
We got the system running before the arrival of the factory representatives, who then completed the fine-tuning. We also produced a video summary of the project's success.

Helland Baltic dust collection system with sanding tables
We added two sanding tables with a back wall and lamellar side walls for intermediate sanding on the Helland Baltic finishing line. To increase the system's efficiency, we offered automatic start-up and pressure control so that the equipment would not run idle. We used equipment from the Danish manufacturer V.Aa. GRAM, which is known for its durability.
Extraction of fine dust from the chipper at the point of origin with a mobile hood
We designed and implemented a solution that removes the fine dust generated during the shredder's operating process directly at the point of origin. We utilized the client's existing aspiration filter, to which we built new ductwork and a movable hood above the machine. In addition, we installed a room extraction nozzle for cleaning tasks. As a result, the need for cleaning and maintenance was reduced and the room remains dust-free.
Aspiration System Audit, Design and Reconstruction
We carried out a thorough audit, mapping, and reconstruction of the client's production aspiration system. Previously, all equipment was connected behind a single filter, which caused excessively low air velocity in many machine tools and led to production problems. We measured air velocities, calculated air requirements, and distributed the equipment between two filters, replacing the old ducting with new piping compliant with the project. The client was handed a comprehensive document folder containing a precise ducting diagram and the measured data.
