FSP Steel Painting sought to increase productivity at its Saue production unit by expanding the existing conveyor with additional tracks. Elister prepared the expansion design, procured the materials and carried out the installation. We extended the conveyor support structure and tracks, fitted the diverters with pneumatic drives and manufactured additional hanging booms.
Project challenge
FSP Steel Painting sought to increase the productivity of its production unit located in Saue by expanding the existing conveyor. The challenge lay in fitting the expansion into an already operating line while maintaining its integrity. The Elister team's task was to prepare a design for the expansion, procure the necessary materials, and carry out the installation.
How we built it
We expanded the conveyor's support structure and tracks in order to increase production capacity through additional tracks. We installed pneumatic drives on the conveyor dividers, ensuring smooth and precise routing between tracks, and manufactured additional hanging booms for the client.

We added solvent sensors, compressed air meters, heat meters, and new automation with remote management capability. The result is a reliable, modern, and energy-efficient system that meets all applicable safety and working condition requirements.
Liquid Coating Line for the New Factory in Saue
We designed a complete liquid painting line for the new production building of the machine-building company Sami AS. The solution included two paint booths with water-heated heat exchangers, providing air exchange of 10,000 m³/h per booth, a washing booth with a Husqvarna pressure washer, and a motorized monorail conveyor with a load capacity of 16,000 kg. The line was complemented by control automation with solvent sensors, a 2K electronic mixing dosing unit, and two GRACO electrostatic spray guns.
