Cleaning unit with motorized conveyor for the brush-painting machine
For a wood finishing company operating in Harju County, a cleaning machine with a feed conveyor was designed according to the client's initial vision, ensuring that the cladding board directed to the brushing automat is free of debris and sawdust. The machine has 3 height-adjustable brush rollers and a roller conveyor with a motor drive whose speed is adjustable via a variator. The commissioning of the brushing unit accelerated the painting process in production by 30%.

The project challenge
The company has been finishing timber for many years and operates a brushing machine designed for finishing cladding boards. Trouble-free operation of the brushing machine requires that the material being finished is free of debris and sawdust. This called for a solution that cleans the board surface before the painting process and feeds the material smoothly into the machine.
How we built it
Based on the client's initial vision, we designed a cleaning machine together with a feed conveyor. The machine removes residue from the surface using rotating brush rollers, while the conveyor ensures stable and consistent movement of the material into the machine.
3 identical brush rollers with adjustable height the brush rollers remove residue from the surface by rotating roller conveyor with motor drive conveyor speed adjustable via variator
What we achieved
the material directed to the brushing machine is free of debris and sawdust the painting process in production was accelerated by 30% the height-adjustable brush rollers allow the cleaning to be adapted to different materials the variator-adjustable conveyor speed ensures flexible and smooth feeding

Ventilation solution for a metal finishing room for a 70 m paint room
We designed a new painting area ventilation system for a metal structures manufacturing company in Harju County, in a 70 m long paint room. We installed 9 exhaust walls with filters across three work sections, along with a spark-proof fan with an air exchange rate of 15,000 m³/h. The operator can control all three sections independently using control automation based on pneumatic dampers.
New paint booth and energy-efficient drying room for the metal industry
We designed and built a completely new paint room ventilation solution for a metal industry client and upgraded the existing drying room. We used CIC Ex equipment and Konwektor fans suitable for explosive environments, and replaced the ventilation unit with a plate heat exchanger solution that improves heat recovery and reduces energy consumption. We added solvent sensors, compressed air meters, heat meters, and new automation with remote management capability. The result is a reliable, modern, and energy-efficient system that meets all applicable safety and working condition requirements.
Manual finishing booths with drying tunnel and pump cabinets
For a returning customer, we manufactured wider manual finishing booths with a drying tunnel as well as specialized pump cabinets for paint pumps, into which safety leak trays were integrated. The solution was designed as a 3D model according to the customer's requirements, and in addition to the booths and pump cabinets, we organized all partition walls, doors, and finishing technology. The result was a fast and seamless implementation and a satisfied customer who received exactly the solution they wanted.
