We design, manufacture and install shotcrete booths for abrasive sanding. The booths are designed for one or more different abrasive materials such as steel shot, glass balls, aluminium oxide, etc.
During the process, the air in the enclosure is continuously circulated. The air passes through a special filtering device where it is cleaned of the dust generated during the descaling process. We can offer systems with air exchange rates between 1,500 and 33,000 m3 /h.

The abrasive is collected from the floor of the shotcrete room using a scraper, auger and belt scraper, where it is separated from the shotcrete debris before being recycled.
The booth is designed on a steel structure, which together with the lightweight panels is created as a single unit.
