Smaller models are available as well as larger systems, which can be used to set up an industrial centrifugal (high vacuum) system.

Safe and secure production is important in any industry, and while most furniture and window industries use machines to carry out the sanding process in their production, there are some steps that inevitably have to be done by hand. This is done using hand-held sanding machines connected to various vacuum cleaners. This is a cost-effective solution, but it is not economical in the long term, as the machines require constant maintenance, often including the replacement of motors, which simply cannot cope with the stresses of daily use. A further concern are the standard hoses that come with the smaller vacuum cleaners, which wander around the floor and are therefore often tangled and not the safest.

That's where we can come to the rescue with our team, offering a range of equipment that can handle high vacuum (up to 40 000Pa) and, if required, cover the needs of multiple jobs. It is possible to build a central piping system and to control the equipment with automation so that it does not have to run idle only when a tool is running.

Of course, it is also possible to connect cleaning tools to this line, so that the workplace and its surroundings are always clean and safe!
