The "Power & Free" conveyor system consists of a number of hanging conveyors that move automatically through the process. The "Power & Free" conveyor system differs from a single conveyor in that each conveyor is individually controlled.
It is possible to apply different line speeds at different stages of the process. The "Power & Free" conveyor system can also be designed to transport very large, complex and/or heavy parts.
The basic solution of the "Power & Free" conveyor is to install two C-profiles on top of/underneath each other. The upper profile moves the gimbal and the lower profile moves the carriers. The conveyors can be guided both horizontally and vertically by means of special profile curves and a lifting mechanism.
The conveyor is made up of different protessessional shafts driven by one or more actuators. Operating speeds range from 0 to 15 m/min. The "Power & Free" conveyor systems are available with switching blocks, rotation devices, loading sections and lifting/lowering stations. In short, it is a conveyor system with very few limitations.
