We have fine-tuned the air exchange rate using a thorough LEL (Lower Explosion Limit) calculation, ensuring that the air exchange in each room is both energy-efficient and impeccable in terms of safety.

The painting and finishing rooms we have created are cleverly equipped with solvent sensors and compressed air loggers. These devices work hand in hand with automation to provide real-time information on solvent concentration in the room and the activity of the finishing process. When no finishing is taking place and there is no solvent threat, the automation system adjusts the system's operating mode, keeping the room in an operational state with minimum energy consumption.

We strongly recommend that all finishing chambers are equipped with modern, energy-efficient and ATEX-compliant plate heat exchangers. These units are true energy-saving champions, offering thermal energy savings of up to 80%, thanks to their significant efficiency. This means not only cost savings, but also a responsible attitude towards the environment.
