MagicControl MAX (CM50) is Gema's new generation of system control for powder coating lines - a smart interface that integrates the entire painting process into one clear environment. Thanks to an 18.5″ touch screen, intuitive user interface and integrated automation of the entire line, you achieve stable quality, fast colour changes and complete process transparency. The CM50 is the successor to the CM40, taking powder coating management to Smart Factory level.
Through the MagicControl control panels, all painting operations are controlled and set up. The control panels have a modern design and a simple layout, which makes the management of the paint line very convenient for the operator. Thanks to the MagicControl 4.0 compliant system, all process functions and parameters are stored centrally. It is possible to set up different colouring programs - product or project based - and always set them up again.
Using Gema's innovative "Dynamic Contour Detection" system, the system detects the contours of a detail and allows products to be coloured with minimal human intervention. Crucially, the higher the resolution of the guns (the more guns and the more densely they cover the area, the denser the resulotation), the better the quality of the products the automation can paint.
