Puhastusüksused - Elister

Cleaning units

In industry, dust particles are constantly accumulating on surfaces, requiring careful cleaning before the next production process. Cleaning units are specifically designed to remove dust and particles from surfaces efficiently, without blowing dust into the production environment.

Elister cleaning units are suitable for cleaning flat, profiled and complex 3D surfaces. The solutions are non-contact and compatible with an aspiration system that collects the removed dust directly into the filter system. This ensures a clean working environment and reduces the risk of product contamination during the finishing process.

Our range includes both manual cleaning guns and automatic cleaning units for conveyor belt operation. For statically-charged surfaces, ionisation solutions are available to discharge the surface before cleaning, allowing complete dust removal. All cleaning units are project-specific and can be adapted to your production line needs.

CombiAirGun cleaning gun

The CombiAirGun is a combined compressed air cleaning gun that allows you to effectively clean different surfaces without damaging them. It combines two technologies: an ionisation nozzle for static discharge and a rotary nozzle for mechanical cleaning. Many materials constantly accumulate dust particles on surfaces due to static charges. CombiAirGun solves this with an ionizing nozzle that discharges the surface before cleaning - allowing dust particles to be completely removed from surfaces. [...]

CombiCleaner cleaning units

The CombiCleaner cleaning unit is a multifunctional non-contact cleaning solution used to effectively clean flat, profiled and 3D surfaces. The unit is particularly suited to woodworking aspiration systems where clean surfaces are required prior to finishing. Particles adhered to the surface are swirled up by pulsating rotating nozzles and removed by aspiration. For statically charged surfaces, the unloading electrodes are installed in the inlet and outlet of the [...]
