After the washing step, the items go into a drying oven, which removes all moisture, grease and dirt to ensure a clean and dry surface for powder coating.
Powder coating itself uses an electrostatic charge that causes the powder coating to adhere to the part. The charged particles adhere to the surface, and the heating process forms a strong and uniform coating.
