Eesti Kraanavabrik OÜ is a manufacturer of industrial cranes and lifting equipment solutions and has been in business since 1991. Its products are mainly exported to the Nordic countries, Europe and the Baltic States. It is also the Baltic representative of the well-known brand "ERIKKILA".
The crane factory's initial concern was the prevalence of welding fumes in the production process and the desire for a modern energy-saving solution. Two welding stations were already in daily operation and an additional welding station was added.
As the welding was quite localised, we used a welding stud solution, where we used "Smart" plugs. The first workstation starts the filtering device and when no one is welding anymore, the filtering device switches off. If not all welders are working, the filter will operate at a power level proportional to the number of welders actively welding.
