Our team was proud to have the opportunity to take Skuba Estonia's fluid management to the next level by installing the innovative GRACO "Pulse" system. This system is designed to increase process efficiency and provide unrivalled traceability of fluid usage. During the project we used the following components:
Graco Pulse™ Hub centre with software: This technological heartbeat allows us to monitor all aspects of fluid management in real time, highlighting opportunities to optimise efficiency.
Pulse™ coverage expander: Thanks to this component, our system is seamlessly networked, giving workers flexibility and freedom of movement throughout the workspace.
Pulse™ series oil guns: They have been chosen for their accuracy and reliability, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
LD series liquid oil pumpsA: These pumps are renowned for their performance and durability, ensuring a continuous flow of fluid without failure.
Our installation work was particularly efficient thanks to Skuba Estonia's existing lines, which were a perfect fit for the new system. This allowed us to focus purely on upgrading the technology, ensuring a fast and smooth transition to the new system. "The modularity of the Pulse system meant that we were able to provide Skuba Estonia with a solution that exactly met their needs, integrated with their existing system and could be extended in the future.
Thanks to the GRACO "Pulse" system we have installed, Skuba Estonia is now equipped with a solution that not only ensures increased operational efficiency, but also gives full control over fluid consumption. This, in turn, leads to improved inventory management and promotes the sustainability of the company.
