Compact booth for powder coating with floor puller

ELBA powder coating booths are exclusively all designed according to the customer's needs. The main objective when designing the booths was to ensure that the paint to be sprayed would not remain under the floor rack, but would be collected ready for disposal.

We can say that the objective set has been met in first class.

The walls of the cabin can be made of the following materials:

  • galvanised sheet metal panels
  • sandwich wall panels with stainless steel inner face
  • plastic wall panels
  • glass wall modules

The advantages of the cabin are:

  • the size of the booth is feasible according to the customer's specific production requirements.
  • the paint sprayed along the floor collects in the after-filter collection box and keeps the floor clean.
  • integrated ATEX zone luminaires
  • we integrate the control panel of the paint spray gun into the wall, leaving the vibrating device outside the booth.
  • the paint suction pipe cleaning module is integrated in the cab wall
  • the operator has compressed air interfaces on two sides of the chamber ends arranged diagonally (optional compressed air parabolic arms).
  • a cleaning programme is available for cleaning operations, which helps to divert paint residues left on the floor into the exhaust duct.
  • as an option, doors are also available on rails, which can be controlled by an electronic signal and compressed air. In this case, the system is equipped with an emergency function to prevent the operator from being trapped in the cab in the event of an interruption.
  • the afterfilter is ATEX compliant and individually calculated for the cab.
  • the recovery fan is controlled by means of a frequency converter
