VACOMAX chip and dust extractors are designed to extract chips, wood dust and related materials, as well as a wide range of plastics, dry aluminium particles and paper dust.
The S2000 is designed for small and medium sized woodworking companies, allowing the filter to be used stationary on two machines at the same time or on three machines at different times.
The device complies with the current safety requirements for indoor installation and can therefore be placed in the workplace.
The S2000 can also be used with CNC-controlled machines, provided that the diameter of the machine connection does not exceed 200 mm.
The basic version includes the transfer of the residues to a residue container where plastic bags are placed. However, there are also versions that can be combined with a briquette press or with a flap valve into a larger residue container.
