Our team has experience in designing, supplying, installing and maintaining aspiration filters and systems. We have chosen a Danish manufacturer as our partner in this field. Nawara whose approach and attitude is closest to our business philosophy.
Nawara offers manufacturers smaller systems in the form of components as well as full systems. "keys in hand " systems, which we will then install together.
In most cases, aspiration filters are modularly built according to the required capacity and are flexible, with the possibility to build extensions at a later stage. The filters are automatically cleaned during operation and are designed to be able to operate 24/7.
All the filters return the air to the 100% plant, but it is possible to equip the plant with a "summer" mode, where the air sucked from the plant is discharged to the outside and compensated by the plant by means of compensating fans, so that the plant does not remain in a vacuum.
Filters are manufactured ATEX in a way that ensures safety in production for the customer.
For larger quantities, in addition to filters, it is also possible to install collection silos and charging stations for the loading of residues into the lorry. Aagaard's loading stations are unique in that they allow loading to be carried out quickly and dust-free.
