This time, a single conveyor system has been created with the following logic:

• Wood packages are lifted onto the conveyor from the rear end.
• The wooden packages are moved one by one to the front end of the conveyor, where they are lifted up by pneumatic cylinders for buffering. 
• The conveyor has a stack straightening function (with cross-arms) and encooder motors, which allow multiple packages to be stored along the conveyor (the machine knows the location of each package) and thus empty arms can be immediately loaded with a new package.
• In addition, there is a parallel packing function.
• Conveyor width manually adjustable (reels+locks)

The whole system operates in fully automatic mode and manual mode is available if required.

Techniques used:

• Engine power 2 x 2.2 kw. 
• Output torque from the reducer 940 Nm. 
• Lifting capacity of arms with pneumatic cylinders 1 tonne (at 6 bar pressure) 
• Travelling chain speed at 50 Hz 19.82 m/min (chain speed controlled by frequency converter).
