The company has been involved in wood finishing for many years and owns a brushing machine for lining boards. However, it is important for the brushing machine that the material to be finished is free of debris.

For this purpose, a cleaning machine with a belt conveyor was designed according to the customer's initial vision. The machine is equipped with 3 identical brush rollers, adjustable in height, which rotate to remove residues from the surface.

The convoy is a roller convoy equipped with a motor drive and with variable speed by means of a variator. Another interesting fact is that the introduction of the brush unit accelerated the production of the 30% paint process.
