A four-workstation area was set up for welders to weld and plasma cut products. As the ventilation system that had once been there was not performing its function, we upgraded it to our vision. It was also important to focus on the fact that, when plasma cutting was carried out, all the fumes from the process were emitted in the work area and also at the other end of the product, which meant that the residues from the process were spread throughout the plant.

In summary, we set up two separate filters, one of which the client already had and the other one GRAM FL type welding filter. We localised the welding fumes generated in the working area using the Push-Pull method and to control the plasma process we used LE type welding studs, with a working width of 1500 mm.
