In 2019, the replacement of one of the manual paint line conveyors at the Viking Window factory became a hot topic, as the existing conveyor was obsolete. As it was a replacement of an existing solution, the basic logic of the conveyor remained the same. However, the Swedish manufacturer Hjort-Conveyors conveyor from the previous one in that each hanging boom has two trolleys on which the conveyor runs here, instead of one as on the previous conveyor. Therefore, the new conveyor is more stable and there is less deformation, the falling off of products that occurred with the previous conveyor during its service life. To turn the products around in the painting area, there is a special turntable for this purpose.

On the automation side, a simple control system was created for the conveyor, which makes it possible to set up and monitor the operation of the conveyor.
