To date, Woodman has made a major investment in a range of equipment, including a traversing spraying machine for faster finishing. Our task is to create an energy-saving compensation ventilation system for this spraying machine.

We harness the energy from the air blown out of the finishing machine and pump it into the production of clean air heated by a plate heater and water heating. To keep the factory environment in balance, we monitor the room with a pressure sensor and ensure that the vacuum created by the spraying machine is compensated by the equipment we install.

As these are solvent-based finishes, the equipment is ATEX certified.
