The kiln is typically used with manual or Power & Free conveyor systems, where heat treatment is part of the gradual finishing process.
Furnaces are also used as a stand-alone unit, where the elements to be processed are transported for heat treatment, e.g. by means of rollers and racks, or suspended directly from the furnace chamber by means of mounts above.
AABO-IDEAL post-bath drying ovens are available for different temperature ranges. This means that the insulation layers and constructions of the oven are different.
AABO-IDEAL post-wash drying ovens have a "submersible" housing, suspended using minimal contact points with the external structure. This minimises the formation of a thermal bridge.

AABO-IDEAL downstream drying ovens are all convection-based, ensuring optimal energy use.
The heat is introduced into the lower compartment of the oven chamber either through air ducts in the floor or in the walls. Air circulates from the top of the oven chamber through the entire heater. This ensures a correct and optimum distribution of hot air, as well as an even heat transfer to the objects to be treated.
