InvisiPac HM50

When end-of-line packing large volumes, the InvisiPac HM50 has a hot melt speed of 22 kg per hour. A choice of outputs from two to six channels is available for fast and accurate glue dispensing.

The Tank-Free™ system provides a hot-melt adhesive for gluing packaging on demand.

  • - The in-line thawing machine is capable of producing 22 kg per hour and reaches operating temperature in 10 minutes - the fastest start-up time of any packaging line.
  • - "Melt-on-Demand" technology ensures a continuous adhesive flow. Less time at high temperatures means more uptime and less downtime for maintenance.
  • - FIFO (First-in, first-out) ensures that the first glue is melted and dispensed first, eliminating glue char and thermal shock.
  • - The integrated automatic vacuum feeding system saves labour costs by automatically drawing glue from the drum or bulk hopper.
  • - The lack of exposure to molten hot melt improves operator safety by reducing the risk of burns.
  • - The pattern control feature switches the dispensing from a solid bead to a stitched bead at the touch of a button, saving time and money.
