DESCRIPTION OF FILTERING DEVICE TYPE CJF

• The polluted air is introduced into the unit through the tangential inlet at the top of the air chamber. This ensures cyclonic action through flow and separation, which helps to reduce the load on the filter itself.
• The air is filtered through a vertically positioned filter cassette, which optimises the cleaning effect.
• Timer-controlled filtration by means of integrated pressure tanks and valve of the compressed air system.
• The clean air is ducted through a ø125 mm connection (sleeve size) to the top of the cab. Sound is attenuated by means of exhaust silencers integrated in the unit.
• Dust is collected in a dust collector at the bottom of the appliance. The Quicklock adjustable dust collection system is insulated with a ø 400 mm gasket.

• The side-channel blower is housed in a soundproof chamber together with the vibration absorbers.
• Vacuum limiter mounted on the inlet manifold
• The cooled air is fed into the chamber by cooling fins.
