The three models differ in terms of the maximum achievable vacuum. The standard CJF operates at up to 5 000 Pa vacuum and is suitable for most conventional filtration applications. The CJF-V reaches up to 40 000 Pa and is designed for high vacuum systems. The CJF-HV supports up to 80 000 Pa vacuum and is suitable for extreme high vacuum demanding systems. All models have the same compact design and filter area range (13-42 m²).

Yes. The CJF-V and CJF-HV models have a specially reinforced construction for high vacuum and are suitable for use with Gram Clean Air HFU and HFU-F high vacuum units. The CJF cyclone filter then acts as a pre-separator, separating the coarser material before the fine filter - extending the filter life of the HFU unit and reducing maintenance frequency.

How often should a CJF cyclone filter be serviced?

The frequency of maintenance depends on the intensity of the dust load. A differential pressure controlled cleaning system ensures automatic cleaning of the filter cartridge during operation, reducing the need for manual maintenance. Dust collector emptying is necessary at regular intervals (depending on the application), filter cartridge replacement is less frequent - fast and with low dust collection at the front.
