A cast aluminium melting system with an anti-stick coating ensures gentle melting and processing of thermoplastics at standard temperatures. Precise material dosing is ensured by the use of a gear pump driven by a special maintenance-free AC drive controlled by a frequency converter.
It also has a safe temperature start protection and a standby function for best operating efficiency.

New design for compact solutions. The InvisiPac HM25c tankless hot melt dispensing system has a compact design that makes it easy to add to any packaging line. As all the control is integrated in the internal motherboard, the unit can operate independently of the control panel (ADM). This means that control devices can be remotely controlled or integrated into other control panels.
