Mobile welding filter "Airtower"

Space-saving "Plug & Play" filtration unit with integrated fan for air filtration in dusty environments.

Ideal for filtering the air in a welding hall. The unit is supplied ready for use, equipped with forklift loops and crane lifting points for easy transport and installation.

An integrated motor starter and a CEE plug on the front make connecting the filter quick and convenient.
Filterline are equipped with W3 certificate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The polluted air is introduced into the unit through a tangential inlet at the top of the air chamber into the top of the raw air chamber, which provides the air flow and pre-separation of the tubular filter, which promotes filter load reduction. Since the filter is of the cyclone type, the pre-separation is already much more efficient than with other filter types.
• The air is filtered through a vertically positioned filter pad, which optimises the cleaning effect.
• Cleaning of differential pressure regulated cartridges by means of an integrated compressed air system.
• Clean air is recirculated back to production through connections
• Dust is collected in a dust collector at the bottom of the appliance. Quicklock-adjustable dust collector is flanged with ø400mm gasket.
