Elister OÜ's team has helped several companies to find a way out of the technical solution for utilising the waste heat generated in their production processes and has also helped to implement it. There are many different sources and options and each situation should be analysed and assessed individually. Together with the client, we have been able to find the most sensible way to recover and reuse heat energy from existing solutions.

There are a variety of places where heat from waste energy can be found

Ventilation - all air that is discharged from production to the outdoors can, with the right ventilation system, be recycled through efficient air-to-air heat exchangers, thereby reducing the new heating capacity required up to 80%.
Compressors - The compressors produce heat in the 80% range, and the residual energy there can also be reused in a number of ways.
Drying and baking ovens during the painting process. The temperatures are quite high, so the amount of waste energy is also high, and with clever solutions there are many uses for the energy recovery.
