The Graco T2 is a 2:1 pneumatic transfer pump designed to deliver viscous binary materials - such as polyurethane foam and polyurea - directly from the drum to the reactor metering machine. Thanks to PTFE seals and stainless steel wetted parts, the pump is resistant to aggressive materials and ensures stable operation under production conditions.
The Graco T2 pump is particularly suitable for use with the Graco Reactor series of reactor spraying machines (e.g. Reactor H-XP2, XM), but also with other two-component systems with similar interfaces. Elister confirms exact compatibility.
The T2 pump works with a 2:1 pressure delivery ratio - for every 1 bar of air pressure, the pump delivers 2 bar of liquid pressure. It is suitable for supplying medium viscosity materials at sufficient pressure.
Yes, the wetted parts of the T2 pump are made of stainless steel, which ensures corrosion resistance even with chemically active materials. PTFE seals add to the chemical resistance of the ytldas.
