Brush dyeing machine VM-MINI

The MINI brushing machine is designed to be used for finishing wood on all four sides with only one pass through the machine.
Four nozzles, powered by a membrane pump, spray the material onto the detail sheet and six brushes are used to remove the excess paint from the detail, resulting in a perfectly painted material that is similar in texture to a later, properly brush-painted job.

Advantages:

  • The machine allows the application of impregnating agents, liquid* oils and liquid* water-based paints and stains.
  • Excess material is re-collected and, after a two-stage filtration process, re-directed back into the system.
  • Cleaning the machine is quick and easy as the brushes and transport rollers can be removed from the system without tools.
  • The machine is made entirely of stainless steel!
