The rotary drum shot blast machine is suitable for cleaning smaller castings, forgings, heat treated parts and machine shop parts.
The workpieces are loaded into the drum manually or using a loader. When unloading, the drum is tilted to a certain position and the objects fall into the box. By using a loader, we achieve a partially automated cleaning process.
The body of the machine is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners. The high efficiency of the drum impactor is ensured by a continuous abrasive handling and return system and by the use of shot blast wheels made of wear-resistant materials.
