In 2020, Eldur Puit OÜ wanted to improve its production efficiency with a new dyeing and preparation room by turning to Elister OÜ.

The woodworking company's need was to paint both smaller parts and longer lining boards, and in both cases to allow the products to dry quickly. In addition, the new finishing solution had to ensure the ability to process a higher volume of wood parts than usual, as the summer period usually brought an increase in production.

We designed an electrically heated paint and drying room for Eldur Puit OÜ, which is based on a plate heat exchanger. In addition, we set up a preparation room where we installed two walls, one meter high and with a total length of six meters. Both rooms are large enough to be used in case of seasonal workload increases.

All new finishes were planned in an existing building without insulation, which is a steel structure.
and built with Sandwich panels. Both areas have wide motorised lift doors to make logistics as easy as possible.

With the new solution, Eldur Puit OÜ now has a well-lit and heated ventilated painting room, which allows the products to dry much faster. As a result, the entire production chain is shortened at the expense of logistics, significantly increasing the company's productivity.
