Fortaco Estonia OÜ is an internationally renowned engineering company that creates and manufactures a wide range of engineering components worldwide. Fortaco Estonia's Narva plant has been equipped with two robotic welding workstations. OMD OÜ by specialists, to which we were able to contribute in the form of welding ventilation for the robotic welding area.

Since the welding robot has two work areas where the welding process takes place, it was necessary to cover the entire corresponding welding area as efficiently as possible. To do this, welding cubes with lamellae attached to the fermis were set up at the workstation, where the robot's control automation then also controls the work in the corresponding section where the robot is welding.

We completed the first installation in the spring and received a second order for exactly the same thing just a few weeks after the first installation went live.
