Welding and conventional ventilation were upgraded, plus a tailor-made system for laser cooling units. The aim was to ensure a normal working temperature and fresh air in the factory on hot days, with energy saving in mind.

Welding is carried out in enclosed booths where it was possible to make use of the existing piping, so it was only necessary to add a GRAM filter unit.

The general ventilation was solved with a CIC unit, to which the client plans to add a cooling unit in the future. As is our custom, we made sure that fresh air reached the workers and that the air circulation in the factory was normal.

The starting point for all the systems was clean air and energy savings through well thought-out solutions. In addition, all systems have the capability to automate processes and interface with other machinery.
