The new OptiFlex Pro® Q is designed for fast colour changes, where colour changes take around 35 seconds, and for colour consumption directly from the manufacturer's paint tray. Thanks to its prefect float and vibrating angled base plate, the unit can consume the original pack completely empty.
A vacuum pump is integrated into the body of the unit, which removes the powder accumulated during the cleaning process from inside and outside the suction tube, thus speeding up the cleaning time.
In addition, when in the cleaning mode, the machine is equipped with forced air pulses to help clean the gun properly. However, in the case of very critical colour changes, manual cleaning of the suction tube is necessary.
