The SM Klebetechnik GS20 is a 20-litre hotmelt applicator designed for melting and dispensing plastic EVA, PSA and PO-based hotmelt adhesives on high volume production lines. The unit ensures reliable and accurate adhesive flow even under more intensive working conditions.
The GS20 is suitable for applications in the woodworking industry (veneers, panel edgebanding), packaging lines (box sealing) and furniture manufacturing where stable hot melt dispensing is required.
The GS10 has 10 litres and the GS20 has 20 litres. The GS20 is suitable for production lines with higher adhesive consumption.
GS20 is compatible with EVA, PSA and PO based thermoplastic hot melt adhesives in the form of pellets, pads or blocks.

A cast aluminium melting system with an anti-stick coating ensures gentle melting and processing of thermoplastics at standard temperatures. Precise material dosing is ensured by the use of a gear pump driven by a special maintenance-free AC drive controlled by a frequency converter.
It also has a safe temperature start protection and a standby function for best operating efficiency.
