Suspension conveyor shot blasting machines are designed for cleaning workpieces of different shapes, sizes and weights hanging on hooks or suspension elements attached to the conveyor.
The workpieces are suspended on conveyor hooks that move through the shot blasting chamber. The flow of the wobble wheels cleans all sides of the parts as the parts slowly rotate in motion. The process is in a continuous cycle - new parts are loaded while clean parts are unloaded.
The body of the machine is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners. The hanger-conveyor shotcutter is well suited for small and medium production companies where the parts to be shotcored vary in shape and size.
