The rotary drum shot blasting machine is designed for cleaning small and medium-sized workpieces produced in small or medium batches.
Workpieces - castings, forgings, heat-treated parts - are cleaned by means of a shot blast wheel and mutual friction as they roll in a rotating drum. During emptying, the drum is tilted to a certain position and the objects fall into the box.
The body of the machine is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners. High efficiency is ensured by a continuous abrasive handling and recycling system and by the use of shot blast wheels made of wear-resistant materials.
