Used for machining parts of different sizes, often containing fragile and delicate parts. Parts can weigh from 5 kg to 10 000 kg or more.
The workpieces are suspended individually or as a set from rotating hooks on a closed conveyor that passes through the shotcrete machine. The length of the conveyor line and the number of trolleys are adjusted according to the customer's needs.
In the shot peening process, the workpieces move back and forth in a stream of abrasives, allowing for an efficient and uniform shot peening result. When the shot blasting cycle is complete, the door opens, the finished parts move out of the machine and a new batch is transported into the machine from the other side.
