The roller conveyor shot blast machine is built to clean large parts such as steel plates, profiles, I- and H-beams and simple structures. This type of shot blasting machine is most commonly used for descaling, rust removal, paint stripping, paint preparation, and general surface preparation prior to welding, cutting, machining and flame cutting operations.

The wound objects pass through the spraying machine on a roller conveyor. The spray turbines are made of wear-resistant materials and have a power range of 5.5-30 kW, which ensures efficient spraying. A standard P-machine can process parts from 600 mm to 4000 mm wide.

The speed of the roller conveyor ranges from 0.4 m/min to 3 m/min. The body of the machine is protected by wear-resistant and replaceable protection plates made of strong manganese steel. Rubber bends keep the abrasive inside the wound machine, in the inlet chamber and in the outlet cleaning chamber.
A rotating brush and an air curtain on a high-pressure fan remove the abrasive from the treated object before it leaves the wound machine. A screw conveyor, elevaator and sand blaster return the collected abrasive back into the system.
Standard equipment includes PLC, display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of the shot blast turbine, operating hours counter, variable speed drive of the roller conveyor, etc.
Roller conveyor shot blast machines can be built into very productive lines, where dyeing and post-dyeing drying can be integrated.
