See GOSTOL shot peening machines are designed for the machining of the external surfaces of tubes/pipes, round sections, round profiles, gas cylinders and other cylindrical elements. Welding process allows easier and faster cutting and welding of steel semi-finished products with a clean surface. Welding prior to surface finishing multiplies the increase in surface resistance to corrosion.
The workpieces pass through the shotcrete machine on a conical cylindrical or inclined roller conveyor. This type of conveyor ensures simultaneous rotation and transfer of the product through the shot peening machine, which is a condition for a uniform sprayed surface. The spray turbines are made of wear-resistant material and have a power output of between 5,5 and 30 kW, ensuring efficient and high quality surface cleaning.

The robust body of the LNG machine is protected by wear-resistant protection plates lined with manganese steel. The inlet and outlet chambers of the machine are fitted with multiple rubber curtains to ensure that the spray boom does not fly out of the machine to the outside, thus ensuring safety and machine efficiency.
High efficiency is ensured by an automatic and continuous abrasive handling and reclaiming system, which allows abrasives to be recirculated during continuous operation.
