GRACO ProControl 1KE Plus is an updated model of the 1KE liquid monitoring series. With this device, it is possible to have control over the quality of the finish, as the machine provides information on the working pressure of the agent, the fluid flow and the additional air pressure used for spraying, and adjusts the corresponding parameters according to the predefined input information. Thanks to this information, it is possible to fine-tune the machine to always work under the same conditions and to detect any change in parameters during the operation (e.g. a significant increase in the fluid flow, indicating worn nozzles, resulting in higher agent consumption and poorer finish quality).
The device allows the control of the operation on the basis of the pressure of the substance or on the basis of the flow of the substance. It can also compensate for differences in viscosity of the material ... for example, if there is a flow-based operation and the material itself has become slightly more viscous, the ProControl 1KE Plus will automatically increase the system pressure slightly to ensure the required flow.
