The machine paints both sides of the door in a single cycle - a built-in tilt mechanism automatically flips the door over, no separate handling required. The automatic LIFT loader/unloader takes the doors from the drying trolleys, transfers them to the painting machine and places them back on the trolley after painting. All handling of the doors is automatic - the operator only changes the trolleys.

The LIFT loader takes the doors from the drying trolleys and guides them to the painting machine. The door moves through the spray booth where one side is finished. The tilting mechanism then automatically reverses the door and the door moves back through the same booth - moving back to finish the other side. After painting, the LIFT system places the door back on the drying trolley.
The whole cycle is automatic - the operator just changes the trolleys.
