Solutions for paint rooms and lines - from manual to fully automatic lines

The choice of paint room or paint line has a direct impact on finish quality, productivity and energy consumption.
The wrong solution can mean inconsistent results, a slow production process and unnecessarily high costs.

Elister designs and supplies compact liquid paint rooms and lines for the metal and woodworking industries -
from simpler hand painting solutions to fully integrated systems with
ventilation, drainage and heat recovery.

Each solution is designed according to the customer's details, production volume and desired level of automation.
Our aim is to create a system that not only works well today, but also supports your business in the long term.

When is a new colour room or line needed?

It becomes necessary to upgrade or build a painting solution when the existing process no longer delivers the desired quality,
production capacity or reliability.

  • Finishing quality depends too much on the operator
  • Production volumes are increasing and the craft is no longer efficient enough
  • The drying process is not controlled or uniform.
  • Painting creates excessive dust, overspray or energy consumption.
  • There is a desire to automate the process and achieve a more stable result.

What solutions do we offer?

Hand-painting rooms
Suitable for smaller production volumes and for flexible finishing of different parts.

Semi-automatic solutions
A good choice in situations where productivity and repeatability are to be improved, while maintaining some of the flexibility of the craft.

Automatic lines
Suitable for higher volumes, consistent quality and higher automation needs.

Drying solutions
Able to ensure a controlled temperature and a stable drying process, helping to shorten the production cycle.

How to choose the right solution?

Choosing the right solution depends primarily on the type of parts, production volume and process objectives.

  • If the parts are different and the production volumes are smaller, a hand dyeing room is usually suitable.
  • If production volumes increase, it is worth considering a semi-automatic solution
  • If the aim is to achieve high volume and the most consistent quality possible, an automatic line is more suitable.
  • If slow or uneven drying is a bottleneck, a drying chamber or tunnel should be added.

The Elister approach

Elister offers turnkey painting solutions. This means we look at the project as a whole -
not just at the level of a device or room, but from the perspective of the performance of the whole process.

  • System design
  • Equipment selection and supply
  • Ventilation and aspiration solutions
  • Drying solutions
  • Automation and process control
  • Thermal adjustment options for improving energy efficiency

Our goal is to create a solution where all parts of the system work together with maximum efficiency and support the customer's production as a whole.

Energy efficiency and reliability

An important part of a modern painting solution is the reduction of energy consumption and stable reliability.
A properly designed system will allow better control of airflow, temperature and drying process and, if necessary.
also implement heat recovery.

The result is more efficient production, lower fixed costs and better working conditions.

Paint booths

Every product that takes shape under the hand of a master craftsman is faced with the need to protect itself from harsh weather conditions or to achieve perfection in its design. This is where the finishing or colour space comes into play - an essential space that serves both the creation of a single product and a larger series. With a number of filters used to trap finishing dust and large air volumes, the [...]

Paint lines for the metal and wood industry

Compact paint lines offer the metal and woodworking industry a high level of efficiency and quality. Unlike conventional paint rooms, where work processes may require manual intervention, paint lines are based on automation, taking productivity a step further. Conveyor systems are often at the heart of paint lines, seamlessly transporting products through the various processing steps - from dyeing to drying and washing. These systems are not only specialised in dyeing, but integrate [...]
