MAKOR SKY OVEN is a closed cycle automatic finishing system for doors. Doors move automatically from loading to spraying and drying. Automatic spraying from both sides, available with robotic and oscillating arms.
The MAKOR FCM 40 is a hot-air vertical drying oven with a long drying time (up to 90 min). Ideal for WB and solvent based paints. Three thermal zones, 1000 mm width, 6000 mm length of tape carriers.
MAKOR DOUBLE FLOOR is a transversal drying oven with two drying levels for profiles and strips. Upstream hot air curing, up to 120 m/min throughput, suitable for WB and UV solution based products.
The MAKOR FBM 44 is a hot-air drying oven (~20 min) with belt conveyors. Ideal for UV water-based and solvent-based ink flash-off processes. Up to 270 pcs capacity, up to 15 pcs/min mechanics.
The MAKOR KURO 1+3 is a compact linear UV drying oven for profiled parts. 4 UV lamps (3 on top, 1 underneath), liquid crystal display, PLC lamp temperature control. Up to 5 UV lamps.
MAKOR KUREX 1+6 is a linear UV drying oven for profiles, mouldings and frames. 7 UV lamps (4-8 lamps in different versions), electronic power supply for energy saving, PLC temperature control of the lamps.
The MAKOR FORNO HTO 2P is a double transversal floor profile drying oven with a throughput of up to 150 m/min. Modular design allows for adaptability to planning, productivity up to 30 pcs/min.
