"Push-Pull" Welded Ventilation with GramCleanAir ACF Filter
Prior to the installation of the solution, Elister's team created a 3D model illustrating the operation of the welding ventilation system and its placement in the Hest Fencing OÜ premises. This 3D model allowed us to better understand the functions of the system and its impact on the working environment.
After presenting the 3D model and consulting with Hest Fencing OÜ, we reached an agreement that allowed the project to continue successfully. The solution chosen was a "Push-Pull" type welding ventilation system, centred around a GramCleanAir ACF series cyclone filter from the Danish manufacturer, equipped with smart plugs for the actuation signal. This ensures efficient and accurate start-up and shut-down of the system, while reducing energy consumption.
To optimise the project, a frequency converter was added to allow smooth start-up of the fan with high starting current, ensuring optimum operation.
